It is difficult to say how Ren so swiftly and so easily became a vital part of the Drifter's experiences in LifeAftr, but now that she has settled in their heart there will be no getting rid of her. Between her earnest joy and concern for them and her ability to find beauty in even the smallest of everyday things, she has fast become a child whom the Drifter would protect at any cost. Something of her genuine nature and love for typically childish behaviors has even allowed them to understand the benefits of, for once, not necessarily needing to always be an active participant in a life full of mystery.
She has taught them the merits of patience, and of taking joy that which is small and seemingly insignificant.
